I have been riddled with anxiety for the last several days. I’m not going to go into the gritty details of it all (no worries, we’re all fine and dandy), but I have learned one important lesson…. do NOT second guess yourself, go with your gut instinct and to heck with the “well maybe so-and-so’s right.”
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that all of us are right all the time, but when your gut tells you something, listen. Our guts don’t lie to us when we’re hungry and craving food, and I don’t think it lies to us in any other instances – a gut is a good thing to trust (so long as it’s yours).
Ok, enough of me. Off to bed I go.
